DEPARTURE: Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on your departure day so we can prepare it for new arrivals.
If you would like to depart late, we will be happy to arrange a late check-out until 5:00 PM. The surcharge is only €59 per room, including use of the afternoon coffee and cake buffet (subject to prior registration and availability).

ARRIVAL: Please note that hotel rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

HALF BOARD: Please select your menu, restaurant, and table from the head waiter.
HOTEL CASHIER: Open daily from 7:00 AM to 1:45 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
HOTEL BILL: We recommend settling your hotel bill the evening before departure.
DOGS: Are welcome in the "Zum Hirschfänger" restaurant, the "Prosecco Bar," and on the Kurpark terrace. Unfortunately, they are not allowed in the other restaurants. We charge €20.00 per dog per day, excluding food, for dog accommodation.

INTERNET ACCESS: Internet access is free throughout the hotel. Please connect to the "re.vita Guests" network and simply confirm the "Unify" terms and conditions.

COFFEE CAPSULES: Your room has a coffee capsule machine with an initial supply upon arrival. Additional capsules are available for purchase at reception.
CANDLES: For your safety! Candles of any kind are not permitted in hotel rooms.
CLOTHING: Hooks for wet clothes are located on the loggia.
PILLOWS: A selection of different types of pillows is available. Let us know your needs at reception by calling 010, and we will accommodate your request promptly.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Rooms are available until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like a late check-out until 5:00 p.m., you can use the room for an additional charge of €59.00 upon prior notification at reception and subject to availability. If you would like to book dinner for an additional charge starting at €34, you can even use your room until 8 p.m.
READING LAMP: You can request an additional reading lamp through the hotel reception.

MINIBAR: The first refill of the minibar upon arrival is free. Additional drinks can be refilled at the reception or via room service.

SEWING SERVICE: If you would like to use our sewing service, please contact the reception at 010.
NO SMOKING: We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our restaurants or rooms. Smokers can smoke under cover in front of the hotel entrance or in our "smoking lounge." You can also use the loggias near the stairwell.

PLATINUM CARD: If you have spent more than 150 nights at the re.vita hotel, you can collect your personalized Platinum Card from the staff at the hotel reception.
